Duck Confit Raviolo –
House-made Fraser Valley bacon , Yarrow Meadows duck, candied chestnuts, truffled duck broth
pairing with 2009 Athene
Queen Charlotte Sablefish –
fingerling potato, bluefoot mushrooms, boretane onions and smoked onion soubise
pairing with 2008 Meritage
Rhubarb Blondie –
white chocolate brownie, rhubarb compote, crème fraiche ice cream
pairing with Coruja Port
finished with a Local Artisanal Cheese Plate
