morning smoothie

one of the smoothies I typically go with to start my day... definitely my go to if I'm about to go for a big mountain bike ride...
Ingredients
  • 120 g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
  • 120 g (1 pitted) frozen nectarine
  • 140 g (1 whole) banana
  • 56 g (1 whole) kiwi
  • 20 g (2 Tbsp) hemp hearts
  • 16 g (1 Tbsp) fresh ginger
  • 6 g (1 tsp) fresh turmeric
  • 40 g (1 cup) fresh spinach
  • 250 ml (1 cup) coconut water
Instructions
  1. blend all ingredients thoroughly with a strong blender
