“Satin Blanc” dessert @ Oru, by Jason Pitschke

So Jason took an interesting approach to our chocolate offerings in Oru…

he’s chosen his favorite chocolatier for each of the chocolate categories represented on the menu- (specifically white, milk & dark)

for white chocolate, he chose Barry Callebaut, and used the Blanc Satin line from Cacao Barry, the company’s French division, to create this dessert…

 “White Chocolate Espresso Panna Cotta, Brown Butter Shortcrust, Cappuccino Semi-freddo, Caramel Tuile, and Smoked Cinnamon Ice Cream”

I can vouch for this one, it’s pretty good 😉
